Convivio will offer regionally-themed cooking classes for 6-12 people 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. on the following:​​​​​​​

Ricotta and spinach ravioli , butter, sage, and parmigiano sauces

Pork and beef ragu’ with tomato and bescamella sauce
Join us for an immersive two-hour cooking class where you can learn about the region, create its classic dishes, ask questions, and get personalized attention in an intimate setting.
At the end of class, we'll celebrate and enjoy our creations!
​Class includes two glasses of wine specifically paired with the dishes. ​
The bottles of wine paired with our lunch will be available for purchase at a 50% Chef Apprentice Discount!
